Return Policy (on cake pop molds and all supplies on website other than edible items)

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  

Our line of cake pop molds are not a gimmick. Many of the best cake pop artists regularly use our cake pop molds to streamline their workload.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of cake pop molds you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days (shipping charge excluded). All other items on our website, are final sales, we do not offer refunds on any product other than our cake pop molds.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, should you experience a problem ordering on our website and would like to order please send a message requesting the products you would like and the address that you would like your products shipped to. An invoice will be sent to you for the items requested and will be shipped upon payment.


International Duties and Insurance


We regularly ship all over the world. We recommend you check our stockist page for a retailer in your area before ordering as this will be the fastest and least expensive way to buy our product. Should you not find a reseller in your part of the world we are happy to ship to you but we want to be upfront and honest with you.


1. Their may be importing taxes when your package arrives in your country. You can estimate those taxes here with this online  Duty Calculator.

2. All our shipments are mailed via the United States Postal Service with Priority Mail. This type of service has tracking and usually arrives within 1-2 months or longer. Please do not email us that your package hasn't showed up. We do not have any more information than what is on the tracking and once your package leaves the US we no longer will get updates until it reaches your destination.

3. We DO NOT guarantee delivery on international orders. There are many reasons why an order won't make it to your destination including customers not paying their duty taxes upon arrival. In addition some countries do not have reliable postal agencies and we are not aware of this when shipping. However, even with that almost all of our packages do make it to their destination but for these reasons and others we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. 

4. If you would like to arrange a freight forwarder we can refund your shipping charges that are on your order and you may have a service pick up your package from our warehouse. Please leave a note in your order that you will arrange pick up and we will provide you with a weight and dimensions. If you choose this service and ultimately decide to cancel your order we will charge a 10% restocking fee for our time in packing up your order to give you the freight information.

5. There are services that you can ship to within the US that will forward your package to you. If you want to hire one of these agencies you can make your order and put in that agencies address and they can forward the package to you.

We want you to know we appreciate your interest in our product and we want you to be able to buy our product. However, with Coronavirus and the mail being extremely slow these days we had to put these measures into place.
